About the event
The Water Expo & Conclave 2025 is South Asia’s premier international showcase of water, wastewater, and smart water management solutions, scheduled for 28–30 August 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Jal Shakti, the event brings together over 200 exhibitors and expects upwards of 10,000+ professionals, including engineers, municipal officials, consultants, technology suppliers, and policy makers.
Over three days, the Expo will feature advanced technologies and services across water treatment, desalination, recycling, irrigation, and smart infrastructure. The Conclave will host expert-led sessions and panel discussions—addressing topics such as urban water resilience, climate-smart solutions, regulatory frameworks, and investment in sustainable infrastructure.
Attendees will gain access to live demonstrations, product launches, and networking platforms alongside international pavilions and businesses.
